Italy Takes Second Place for Total Installed Solar PV

This summer, according to Paul Gipe’s newsletter from Wind-Works.org, Italy surpassed Spain and Japan to become the second place country in the competition for installed PV capacity.

Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE) shows that as of July, Italy has almost a quarter of a million systems producing over 7000 MW.
