Mariana and I had a chance to tour it today after the Passive House builder training in Bozeman.

David Karon has been working on this for the past few years while also running his construction company.

I told him this morning that I really admire his dedication. David was funny and responded “Well, there’s no going back now”.

The project is planned to be certified as EnerPHit. This is Emu’s first Pilot Project that is a retrofit.
